"Being and Being Dreaming" is an hour performance that presents the overlapping of desires and reality together, merging in dream states and in behaviors. In this piece, I compiled a series of personal and professional goals or dreams with actual daily activities to fulfill those wishes and use metaphoric images as my palette… Being a bird and being free of expression; being a flamenco dancer and being a lover; being an African ritual priestess and having tremendous life and drive force moving through my body; practicing yoga and mediation and reaching peace; being a painter while I dance and dance while I paint...”
